Intro to Needy in the hospital.
She's surrounded by mentally ill people
Needy attacks a hospital staff member.
Needy is in solitary.
Establishing shots around Devil's Kettle.
Needy kills Jennifer.
Needy is arrested.
We see normal Needy and Jennifer, before things go bad. They're best friends.
Jennifer tells Needy they're going out to see Soft Shoulder, the band, that night.
Needy dresses for the night out. Chip is there.
Jennifer shows up. They leave for the show.
The bar isn't impressive.
The girls meet Soft Shoulder. Niklai wants Jennifer and is disrespectful about it, but when Needy tells Jennifer, Jennifer doesn't care.

The band starts to play. The bar catches on fire.
Needy saves Jennifer by leading her out the window. Jennifer promptly gets into the van owned by Soft Shoulder.
Needy as a child looks at a petrified tree in Petrified Forest. (Except there are no standing trees there - it's a desert.)
Needy leaves, calls Chip. He's no help.
Jennifer shows up at Needy's house. She's in bad shape.
At the school, Jennifer is in great shape. Needy is confused. Jennifer isn't at all upset about the fire.
Flashback to Needy cleaning up Jennifer's bloody vomit from the night before.
Mr Wroblewski is sympathetic to the students touched by tragedy.
Needy tells Chip about Jennifer's weird late night visit. He doesn't buy it.

We meet Colin, the resident goth.
Jennifer seduces Jonas the Jock to go into the woods with her.
Chip and Needy talk more about Jennifer's visit. Chip says he believes Needy.
Jennifer starts to get physical with Jonas, then kills and eats him.
Mr Wroblewski hears Jonas's scream, at first thinks it's just a high school kid screaming his grief, then goes to the woods to check it out.
Needy senses something going wrong.
Mr Wroblewski finds Jonas's body.
We meet Needy's mom.
The police pull Jonas's body from the woods.
Jennifer goes swimming. She's feeling good.
Jennifer feels good. She's got magical healing powers. Chip calls Needy, summons her out.
Chip shows Needy the cops are out, tells her of Jonas's death.
Jonas's death is in the news. Meanwhile, Soft Shoulder is starting to go big.
A month has passed. Jennifer acts out in class. She's looking kind of ragged.
Jennifer still feels bad. Colin the goth kid asks Jennifer out. They agree to meet privately.
Colin goes to the address Jennifer sent him, but it's an empty house still being built.
Chip and Needy have awkward first-time sex. Needy senses something bad going on - it ruins the mood.

That's intercut with Colin going into a spooky empty house and getting eaten by Jennifer.
Needy leave's Chip's house. Encounters post-murder Jennifer. Flees.
Needy comes home upset.
Young Needy and Jennifer play with Barbies. Jennifer is selfish and awful. She cuts herself. Needy sucks a little of Jennifer's blood.
Needy goes to bed. Jennifer is there. She looks good. Jennifer starts to tell Needy about how Soft Shoulder sacrificed her to get popularity.
Jennifer is caught in the van, tells the guys she's a virgin to try to escape whatever they're going to do to her. It doesn't work.
Jennifer tells Needy how Soft Shoulder killed her. This is intercut with flashbacks showing it happen.

She then tells Needy about her first kill, a kid from her school who escaped the fire.

Needy tells Jennifer to leave. She does so by jumping out the window. The girl's got powers.
Colin's funeral. The scene makes fun of the goth kids.
There's a dance coming at school. But things are largely back to normal.
Needy shows Chip research she's done on Jennifer, her conclusion that Jennifer is a demon.
And it's time for the dance.
Needy gets ready for the dance.
Chip gets ready for the dance. His mom gives him pepper spray to defend himself against whoever is killing boys.
Last pictures before the dance.
The dance has started. Needy comes in.
Intercut scenes: Jennifer comes on to Chip in the park. Jennifer tells Chip Needy was having sex with Colin. For some reason, he believes her.

The dance continues. Soft Shoulder is going to play at the dance. Needy senses something going bad with Chip.
Jennifer and Chip start making out while Needy runs to get to them. Jennifer and Chip are going to go to an abandoned pool building.
Needy gets to Chip's house, finds he's not there. Chip's mom tells her Chip's path to the school. Needy sets out to find him.
Chip and Jennifer are at the pool. Jennifer strips down, comes on to Chip. Jennifer pulls him into the pool.
Needy gets to the park, hears Chip screaming at the pool, heads that way.
Needy gets to the pool where Jennifer is eating Chip. Needy defies Jennifer. Needy fights with Jennifer, drives her off. Chip dies.
The dance continues.
Needy comes to the gym. She's pretty gross.
Lots of voiceover about finding Chip and other aftermath stuff.
Needy watches Jennifer, prepares to kill her.
The night of the killing.
Needy back in the hospital. She uses her new demon powers to escape. We learn that she got them when Jennifer bit her but didn't kill her.
Needy hitchhikes away, intercut with a memorial service for Chip.

She's picked up. It's clear she's going to where Soft Shoulder is playing and she's going to kill them.
In the end credits, we see proof that Needy has killed Low Shoulder.
